Manfreight is proud to support Mental Health Awareness Week 2026, taking place from 11th – 17th May, helping to raise awareness of the importance of mental wellbeing, connection, and looking after one another.

Mental health challenges can affect anyone, regardless of age, background, or circumstances. Awareness initiatives such as this play an important role in encouraging open conversations, reducing stigma, and reminding people that support is available whenever it is needed.
